摘要
介绍影响硫磺回收催化剂克劳斯转化率的因素,催化剂的热老化、水热老化、硫沉积、硫酸盐化和碳/氮化合物的沉积等都是造成催化剂活性降低的原因,提出相应的解决方法。同时结合装置生产实际,讨论影响硫磺回收装置稳定运行的因素。
Factors influencing conversion of Claus catalyst for sulfur recovery was introduced.The reasons of reaction activity reduction of catalyst comprise heat ageing of catalyst,hydrothermal ageing of catalyst,sulfur deposition,vitriolization and deposition of carbon/nitrogen compound.Corresponding solving solutions were advanced.Moreover,factors of stable operation of sulfur recovery plant were discussed combining with production practice.
