硬膜外阻滞剖宫产术中应用血定安预防低血压的观察 被引量：1

摘要 针对硬膜外阻滞下剖宫产术中患者有低血压倾向,探讨用血定安预防性扩充血容量,以保持患者血流动力学的稳定。我们在40例硬膜外阻滞下剖宫产术中、麻醉初期,输入血浆代用品血定安与乳酸钠林格氏液作一对比,观察两组间血压、心率的变化。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料:全组40例,年龄23～32岁,ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ级,无妊娠并发症。随机分为血定安组(A组)、乳酸钠林格氏液组(B组),两组各20例。 1.2 麻醉及输液方法:术前药阿托品0.5mg,苯巴比妥钠0.1g肌注。均选择L2～3间隙穿刺,
