摘要
本文通过问卷调查分析了某高校教师教学积极性的整体水平,针对不同特征的教师群体进行了积极性水平的差异性分析,并从影响教学积极性的众多因素中提炼出若干主要因素,为构建和优化教师教学动力激励机制提供了有利条件。
This paper analyzes the overall level of university teachers' teaching enthusiam and the differences of initiative level of the teacher- groups with different characteristics through questionnaires. It also abstracts some key ones from many factors which impact teaching enthusiam and provides favourable conditions for constructing and optimizing the teaching enthusiam mechanism.
