摘要
高校青年教师是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,青年教师教学能力的培养与提高,对于提高高校整体的教学质量,促进高校的可持续发展都具有重要作用。青年教师教学能力的培养是一种实践能力的培养,本文分析了实践因素(社会实践和教学实践)对青年教师教学能力培养的影响和作用,并提出以社会实践为载体,以教学实践为主体的青年教师教学能力培养方法。
The young teachers are important part of the university' s faculty. The growth and improvement of their teaching abilities play an important role in the total teaching quality of the university, and the promotion of its continual development. The cultivation of the young teachers' teaching abilities is the ability for practice. This paper analyses the influence and effect of the cultivation of young teachers' teaching abilities, exerted by practical factors (social practice and teaching practice). We develop a method for cultivation of the young teachers' teaching abilities, that is social practice as the cartier and teaching practice as the main body.
