摘要
为充分利用军事院校在教学管理方面的优势,调动学员的学习积极性,提出教员、队干部和学员三位一体的教学模式,使对学员的教育形成一个整体教育。通过2007年和2008年四个学期的教学实践,这种教学模式得到学员队干部的广泛支持和学员的喜爱,在高等数学的教学中成效显著。
In order to take full advantages in the management in military academies to arouse the cadets' enthusiasm for study, a teacher-officer-cadet trinity teaching pattern is proposed. This pattern gives an integral education to the cadets. In two years' practice (2007 and 2008), remarkable success in Advanced Mathematics teaching has been achieved. Practice shows that this pattern is widely approved by the undergaduate detachment leaders and cadets.
