摘要 目的观察Q开关激光治疗皮肤色素性病变的疗效及并发症。方法用波长752nm激光治疗太田痣、雀斑、文身等皮肤色素性疾病。结果共治疗各种皮肤色素性病变1742例,总有效率达98.5%。结论激光治疗太田痣、雀斑、文身等皮肤色素性病变效果良好,但对于面积大、部位深的病变需多次治疗方有效,比传统的治疗方法及CO2激光疗法有更多的优点。 Objective To explore and observe the effect and complications of Photogeniea - T10 laser on treatment of skin pigmentuous disease. Methods Various skin pigmentous diseases such as nevus of Ota, sunspot and tattoo treated by Photogeniea -T10 laser were obsented. Results One thousand seven hundred and forty-two cases were treated and total effective rate was 98.5%. Conclusion Photogenica -T10 laser result in superior clinical outcomes compared with common and CO2 laser treatment of Ota, sunspot and tattoo. At the same time, Photogenica - T10 laser is a effective method for pathological changes of deep layer tissue and large area.
