结合辽宁省环境监测信息管理系统的建设,利用先进的网络、通信、信息技术,以GIS技术为工具整合各类环境信息资源。该系统以数据库提供数据支持,对属性数据和空间数据进行信息管理,并对所得数据进行统计、分析与评价。

Combing with the establishment of Liaoning provincial environmental monitoring and information management system, various types of environmental information resources could be integrated with advanced networks, communications, information technology and GIS technology. The data support was provided with database in the system, and the information was managed with attribute data and spatial data, meanwhile the obtained data was managed as statistical analysis and evaluation.
