视频细粒度可分级编码的研究

摘要 本文对提高传输视频流质量有很大贡献的视频细粒度可分级编码方法进行了研究分析。首先介绍了MPEG-4 FGS的基本思想和可扩展特性;接着介绍了H.264 FGS的基本原理,最后介绍了具体的应用。
