基于回归分析法对精纺羊绒针织品扭斜的控制

摘要 捻系数是影响扭斜的主要外部因素,原绒品质是影响扭斜的内部因素。通过相关分析得出原绒的细度、细度CV、长度、长度CV、长度小于12.5mm的短绒率以及强力与伸长与扭斜具有较强的相关性,所以这些指标对扭斜具有影响作用。以扭斜角为因变量,捻系数比、细度、细度CV、长度、长度CV、长度小于12.5mm的短绒率以及强力与伸长为自变量作多元线性回归分析,建立控制扭斜的预测模型。 Twist coefficient is the main external influencing factor of spirality of worsted cashmere knitwear, while the quality of original cashmere is the internal factor. It was showed by correlation analysis that the skew of knitwear has a strong correlation with the fineness and its CV value of the original cashmere, length and its CV value, rate of fiber length less than 12.5 mm, strength and elongation, showing that these indexes have great influence on the skew. Forecast model to control the skew of knitwear was set up by the multiple linear regressive analysis in which the skew angle was used as the dependent variable and other factors were used as the independent variables.
