摘要 介绍18.4-38 10PR农业驱动轮轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1730mm,断面宽445mm,行驶面宽度424mm,弧度高42mm,胎圈着合直径970mm,胎圈着合宽度406.5mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.784,采用一大一小排列的人字形胎面花纹,花纹深度38mm,花纹饱和度32.5%,花纹周节数30。施工设计:胎面采用冠部胶冷喂料挤出缠绕法、两块胎侧冷贴方式,胎体采用6层高强度1870dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布(4V1+2V2),钢丝圈采用Ф0.96mm的19#回火胎圈钢丝,采用LCB-4A成型机成型、短柱塞式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合国家标准要求。 The design of 18.4--38 10PR agriculture drive tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1 730 mm, cross-sectional width 445 mm, width of running surface 424 mm, arc height of running surface 42 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 970 ram,bead width at rim seat 406.5 mm,cross-sectional level ratio 0. 784,and using one big and one small tactic chevron tread pattern,pattern depth 38 mm,block/groove ratio 32.5%,number of pattern pitch 30. In construction design,the following processes were taken:using enwinding method to build extruded cap compound and cold applied two-piece sidewall,6 layers high strength 1870dtex/ 2 dipped nylon 6 cord (4 layers V1 +2 layers Vz) for carcass ply,φ0.96 mm 19# tempering bead wire, using the LCB-4A builder to build tires and short plunger mode curing pot to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that, the overall dimension and physical properties reached the requirements of national standard.
