摘要
介绍了位置敏感传感器的定位原理,研究了光源对其探测精度的影响。利用有限元分析软件FlexPDE对PSD数学模型进行模拟仿真,结果表明:光斑的半径与光斑所落的位置是影响定位精度的主要因素。
The principle of PSD was introduced, the effect of light source on PSD was researched. The model of PSD was simulated by the finite element analysis software, FlexPDE. The result shows that the radius and position of light speckle exert great effects on position precision.
