金华特色饮食街,是集饮食品尝、土特产购物、文化休闲于一体的和谐空间。通过饮食产业街与城市的互相影响,充分发掘金华传统饮食文化的现代价值,拓展金华城区的发展空间,促进区域饮食文化产业的繁荣,推动金华餐饮业的结构调整和发展。
Jinhua street with local characteristic diet is a place in which the integral features of food sampling, local product shopping and cultural leisure stand out. The mutual effect between catering industry street and city will make it possible for further exploring local traditional cuisine culture and modern value, expanding urban development space, promoting local cuisine culture to prosperity and pushing forward structure regulation and development of local catering industry.
