牛磺酸对柯萨奇B3病毒感染新生大鼠心肌细胞外向钾电流的影响 被引量:10

摘要 观察牛磺酸对柯萨奇B3病毒(CoxsackievirusB3,CVB3)感染新生大鼠心肌细胞外向钾电流(outwardcurrent,Iout)的影响。方法运用全细胞膜片钳技术记录了分离的大鼠心肌细胞外向钾电流,并观察牛磺酸的作用。结果CVB3感染可使正常大鼠心肌细胞Iout明显增加,牛磺酸对正常大鼠心肌细胞Iout无明显影响,但可使CVB3感染的Iout趋于正常。结论牛磺酸对CVB3感染心肌细胞K+通道电流的作用可能是其发挥抗心肌损伤作用的机制之一。 Purpose To investigate the effect of taurine on outward K + current ( I out ) in neonatal rat cardiomyocytes infected with Coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3).〖WT10.HZ] Methods Using whole cell patch clamp technique, I out was recordered in isolated neonatal rat cardiomyocytes.〖WT10.HZ] Results CVB3 infection increased I out ,taurine had no obvious effect on I out in normal cardiomyocytes,but normalize it in cardiomyocytes infected with CVB3.〖WT10.HZ] Conclusions The effect of taurine on outward K + current in rat cardiomyocytes infected with CVB3 may be one of the mechanisms by which taurine protects cardiomyocytes from damage. 〖WT10.HZ]
