滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构基本尺寸的通用算法

摘要 拟定了根据三处的许用压力角求解最小基圆半径的图解过程,并用解析式表达其图解图,而解析式又是极简单的两组三角函数式,求解过程是按一定步骤利用这个表达式,算法最为简单。对于两种摆动从动件和移动从动件盘形凸轮机构,其图解图的表达式属于同一模式,且计算步骤基本相同。故将所有滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构求解最小基圆半径的方法统一成了一个模式。 Based on three pressure angles this paper presents a graphical process to ditermine the minimum radius of prime circle. Then the graphics are expressed in the form of vector equations which turn out to be two groups of trigonometric expressions and the result is obtained by solving these equations. Thus a general algorithm is given to determine the minimum radius of prime circle, which is valid not only to two kinds of cam mechanisms with swing roller follower, but also to the cam mechanisms with translating roller follower.
