重金属对家蚕茧质及生长发育的影响

Influences of Heavy Metals on Development of Silkworm and Cocoon Quality

使用不同浓度的重金属(Pb2+、Cd2+)添食家蚕,利用脱胶、灰化、等离子测定等方法,检测蚕茧及其组分和丝腺中的重金属含量,并研究重金属对其生长发育的影响。结果表明,蚕茧、丝素和丝腺中均含有重金属,其含量随添食的浓度的增加而增加。不同浓度重金属对家蚕在死亡率、体重等方面有不同影响,混合浓度中重金属之间有一定的相互作用。

Use different density heavy metals （Pb^2＋ ,Cd^2＋ ） that add to raise a silkworm, use the method of taking off the gum, ash to turn, the ion measures etc, examine cocoon and its cent and heavy metals content within the silk glands, and study the heavy metals as to it＇s grow the influence of the growth. As a result express that all imply the heavy metals in the cocoon, the silk vegetable and the silk glands, its content with add the increment of the density of the food but increase, different density heavy metals have different influence of the silkworms＇ death weight etc. In the mixture density different heavy metals have some effection with each other.
