复方脑血康口服液治疗脑出血46例临床观察

The 46 example Clinical Observations of Compound Prescription Brain Blood Kang Oral Treats the Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察复方脑血康口服液治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法将脑出血患者分为治疗组(复方脑血康口服液组46例)、对照组(脑血康组23例),两组病例资料相似,具有可比性,疗程均为30d。结果临床观察,治疗组总有效率95.5%,对照组总有效率69.57%(P<0.01)。CT检查,两组血肿吸收有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论治疗组具有减轻血肿周围脑水肿,加速脑内血肿吸收的作用,有利于神经功能的恢复。

Objective The observation of compound prescription brain blood Kang oral treats cerebral hemorrhage＇s clinical curative effect. Method Divides into the treatment group cerebral hemorrhage patient （compound prescription brain blood Kang oral group 46 examples）,the control group （brain blood Kang group 23 examples）,two group of case material are similar,have the commeasurability,the treatment course are 30 days. Results Clinical observation,treatment group total effectiveness is 95.5%,control group total effectiveness is 69.57% （P0.01）. The CT inspection,two group of haematoma absorptions have the significance difference （P0.05）. Conclusions The treatment group has reduces around the haematoma the hydro-cephalus,accelerates in the brain the haematoma absorption function,is advantageous in the nerve function restoration.
