Practice of Enhancing Construction of Assisting Leadership Competence of Party Committee Office in Enterprise

企业党委办公室作为党委工作的综合机构,要服务于企业党组织,服务于企业的生产经营和管理活动,必须把学习实践科学发展观活动作为抓工作、谋发展的主线,紧密围绕企业党政中心工作,增强服务意识,发挥好党委的参谋助手作用,进一步提升服务决策能力、综合协调能力、督查催办能力,全面加强党委办公室的辅政能力建设。

As comprehensive institutions of Party Committee work, Party Committee Office in enterprise should serve Party organization of the enterprise and production operation and management activity of the enterprise. We should take study and practice scientific development view as the main line of grasping work and trying to development, closely around central work of the Party and administration of the enterprise, strengthen ideology of service, fully play the role of staff and assistant of the Party Committee, further elevate capacity of service and policy decision, comprehensive coordination, supervision, investigation and whole linkage, strengthen construction of assisting leadership competence of Party committee office.
