人参总皂甙保护下高能冲击波肾组织学的变化 被引量:1

Renal morphological changes under ESWL and the protective effect of Ginsenoside in rabbits

摘要 目的探讨人参总皂甙对高能冲击波肾组织的保护作用。方法选用成年家兔制备动物模型,将动物分为人参甙皂组和对照组,每组11只,冲击波次数为2300~250O次,工作电压为10.5~12KV。ESWL术后第1、3、7天分别处死动物,取肾组织行光镜和扫描电镜检查。结果光镜下肾小球。肾小管受损程度,电镜下毛细血管内皮细胞破裂,足细胞足突肿胀,基底膜增厚,管上皮内的线粒体肿胀和破裂的程度,人参皂甙组明显较对照组轻,且恢复较快。结论人参总皂甙对受高能冲击波影响的肾组织具有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of Ginsenoside (GS) on high energy shock wave induced the renal morphological changes in rabbits. Method The rabbit model was developed. A total of 22 rabbits were randomly divided into GS group and control group (n = 11 in each). The rabbits received a shock wave of 2300 ~ 2500 times at 10. 5 to 12 kV. GS was given intravenously 15 min before extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL). The animals were sacrificed and antopsics performed at 1, 3, 7 day post ESWL. Result The tubular dilation and degeneration of proximal tubular epithelium under an light microscope, and filter membrane thickening and mitochondria swelling under a electron microscope were milder and more rapidly recovered in GS group than in control group. Conclusion GS could protect the renal morphological changes induced by high energy shock wave.
