副职领导工作中的禁忌和解决办法

摘要 领导岗位的副职,是领导活动中的重要组成部分。一个合格的副职,不仅需要良好的思想素质和工作能力,还应有平和的心态,自觉摆正位置,处理好与正职、同级副职和下级之间的工作关系,注意工作中越位、争位、抢位、失位和不到位等禁忌。文章从禁忌的种类、表现形式到存在的危害进行分析;提出到位不越位、用权不弄权、建功不揽功等做好副职工作的方法。 Deputy post of leader is an important part of leader activity. A qualified deputy leader should be of not only good ideological quality and working ability, but also calm attitude, on himself be able to position fight, well treat with the relation between himself and the principal, between himself and the deputy of his same level and his subordinate, pay attention to the taboo, such as over, seeking, striking for, losing and failing to the position. We analyzed kinds of taboo, expression forms, and existing harm ; presented the way of work: at but not over the position, use but not struggle for power, build merit but not owe it to him.
