摘要
"心理契约"是存在于员工与企业之间的隐性契约,核心是员工满意度。通过问卷调查的形式以及统计分析的方法,试图发现企业员工心理契约存在的差异及规律;通过不同承诺对于不同类型员工重要性等级的差异分析,寻找存在差异的原因;结合相关理论对企业开展员工心理契约管理提出建议。
"psychological contract" is a blind contract existing between staff and enterprise, whose core is staff' s satisfaction degree. We tried to find out staff's psychological contract difference and rule in terms of questionnaire investigation and statistic analysis; we were trying to search the causes for the difference through difference analysis of importance of various promises to different staff; presented suggestions to develop management of staff's psychological contract with related theory.
