摘要
结合企业实际,从员工离职现状入手,分析原因及危害性。特别针对员工离职高发阶段提出应对策略,通过加强对员工的职业生涯规划、学习型组织的建立、绩效考核激励机制的完善、员工离职预警机制、危机处理机制的建立等途径和方法,使企业在人力资源管理方面更为科学和规范,摆脱员工离职的影响甚至危害,实现员工与企业的共同发展,推进和谐企业的构建。
Combined with practice in enterprise, starting from status of resigning staff, we analyzed the cause and harm. Especially against most developed stage of resigning staff, we presented policy, through strengthening plantfing of staff's professional carrier, establishing organization of study type, perfecting performance evaluation and stimulation mechanism, establishing alarm system of resigning staff and crisis treatment mechanism, we tried to make human resources management more scientific and standard, release from the effect and harm of resigning staff help to realize corranon develolopment of staff and enterprise, and to promote construction of harmonious enterprise.
