摘要
集中管理,可以统一优化企业资源配置,发挥企业的整体优势。对于通过债转股和资产重组整合形成的企业,变分散管理为集中管理尤为迫切和重要。结合北京东方石油化工有限公司管理模式的变革实践,分析构建集中管理模式需要正确把握的5个关系。
Centralized management can unify and optimize resources arrangement in enterprise, bring into play the integral superiority of the enterprise. As for the enterprises which are fonned through debt - to- stock and assets reorganization and integration, it is most important and urgent to turn diverse management into centralized management. Combined with reform practice of management mode in Beijing Dongfang Petrochemical Ltd. Co, we analyzed the relations in construction of centralized management mode.
