介绍纯利率、风险利率、通货膨胀率的概念以及利率对森林资源资产评估值的影响.对森林资源资产评估中通货膨胀率、风险利率、纯利率的确定方法及投资期与利率的关系进行了论述.
The paper introduces the concepts of net interest rate,risk interest rate,and inflation rate as well as the impact of interest rates on assessment values of forest resource assets.Meanwhile it also elaborates different definition methods of inflation rate,risk rate,net rate and the relationship between investment period and interest rate.
