摘要
栓皮栎苗期地上部分生长缓慢,地下部分主根生长迅速而侧、须根少,影响移植成活率.采取不同胚根短截处理,并利用控根容器和普通育苗盘等在相同条件下进行育苗,研究不同育苗方法对根系生长的影响,并通过对比试验分析控根育苗技术对苗高生长的影响.试验结果表明,控根容器播种育苗对促发侧、须根的作用明显,其苗高生长优于育苗盘苗,是一种新型的以调控根系生长为核心的快速培育大苗技术.
That aboveground part of Quercus variabilis seedlings grew slowly while underground part main root grew quickly affected the survival rate of the transplants.Some means such as shortcut of various embryo roots,breeding in root-controlled containers and ordinary plants respectively under same condition were adopted to study the impact of various breeding methods on root system's growth and to analyze the impact of root-controlled skill on seedling height with comparative analysis.The result revealed that root-controlled method was a new root-controlled growth oriented technique on the purpose of rapid breeding of large seedlings.
