摘要
分别于2008年、2009年10月在长沙县黄兴镇和跳马乡对红花木莲进行播种、扦插、组织培养及HF、SO2吸收能力的试验研究.结果表明:各基质配比、发芽时间和发芽率均无明显差别,但是,幼苗在腐质土:红土为1∶1的基质上生长快且良好;采用激素处理扦插穗条能促进生根和地上部分的生长;红花木莲对以SO2和HF为主的混合大气污染物表现出较强的抗性,尤其对大气中的硫污染具有很强的净化作用.
The studies on sowing,cuttings,tissue culture,Absorption capacity of HF and SO2,reproductive technology and antifouling performance of Manglietia insignis were discussed.The results showed that each substrate ratio,germination time and germination rate had no significant difference.However,the seedlings grew fast and well in matrix of humus soil: clay(1∶1);the cuttings branches with hormone treatment proved to have promoted the growth of root and aboveground parts;meanwhile a strong resistance to air pollutants of SO2 and HF-based mixture was shown in Manglietia insignis,especially a very strong purified function to sulfur pollution in the atmosphere.
