摘要
本文根据《城市抗震防灾规划标准》GB50413-2007确定的信息系统建设要求,提出了城市抗震防灾规划信息系统构建的整体思路。根据系统目标和特点,基于GIS和数据库技术,文章首先给出了系统数据库分类、存储、访问与功能设计的思路;然后针对抗震防灾规划常用的数学模型,基于数学建模技术提出了模型库设计的具体思路和方法,并探讨了数据库与模型库的链接方法。
According to Standards for Urban Planning on Earthquake Resistance and Hazardous Prevention (GB 50413-2007), the design thinking of the information system was presented. First, the paper gave the suggestion of classification, storage, access and function design of the database based on the system goals and features with GIS and database technology. Second, the paper presented the design idea of the model base according to the mathematical modeling technology which can be applied in urban planning on earthquake resistance and hazardous prevention. Finally, the paper discussed the methods of connection between the database and the model base.
