摘要
自2008年北京奥运会之后,我国外宣工作在理念、战略、制度及机制等方面均显示出新的演变态势。在外宣理念上,更加注重开放透明;在外宣战略上,更加重视提升国际传播能力;在外宣制度上,更加重视信息开放的法制化建设;在外宣渠道上,更加重视新兴媒体建设;在处理突发事件上,更加重视掌握主动权和话语权。
Since 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, China' s foreign propaganda has shown a new trend in the ideas, strate- gies, system and mechanism as follows : more open and transparent in the ideas ; more attentions paid to enhance the ability of international spreading in the strategy; more focus on the legal system construction in system ; more attentions paid to new media construction in channels; more attentions paid to seize the initiative and discourse.
