六导联胸部阻抗图的初步探讨

摘要 目的探讨六导联胸部阻抗图的波形和波幅。方法用12个电压电极和3个电流电极组成的六导联方式测量63例正常健康成人的胸部阻抗容积图,按性别分组统计测量结果。结果各导联阻抗波的基本形态相似,基础阻抗Z0、C波幅度△ZC基本一致(P>0.05);第1导联(E1-E1′)的V波幅度△ZV和比值V/C最大,而第4导联(E4-E4′)的最小,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);第1导联(E1-E1′)的FT最小,而第5导联(E5-E5′)的最大,其中男性组差异有显著性(P<0.05),女性组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);女性的Z0、△ZC均显著地高于男性(P<0.05)。结论六导联胸部阻抗图可为心阻抗图波形重建提供原始数据。 Objective To investigate the waveform and the wave amplitude of thoracic impedance plethysmography of six conjugation models.Methods The thoracic impedance plethysmography for 63 normal adults was measured by six conjugation models which consist of 12 voltage electrodes and 3 current electrodes.All cases were divided into the different groups according to the gender and the results were calculated statistically.Results The waveforms of the individual conjugation models were similar basically.The basic impedance Z0 and C wave amplitude △ZC of the individual conjugation models were coincident basically(P0.05).The V wave amplitude △ZV and the ratio V/C of first conjugation model(E1-E1′) were maximum,while that of fourth conjugation model(E4-E4′) were minimum.There were marked differences between them(P0.01).The influent time FT of first conjugation model(E1-E1′) were minimum,while that of fifth conjugation model(E5-E5′) were maximum,there was marked difference between them for the males(P0.05),but there was not marked difference between them for the females(P0.05).The Z0 and △ZC of the females was higher than that of the males(P0.05).Conclusion The thoracic impedance plethysmography measured by six conjugation models could offer the initial data for the waveform reconstruction of Impedance cardiography.
