分布式电源在地方电网黑启动中的可行性研究

摘要 黑启动电源的选择是黑启动方案的关键,分布式发电技术的发展让分布式电源成为了黑启动电源的首选。本文对DG作为黑启动电源及黑启动方案进行了分析研究,并提出了一些新的恢复策略及注意事项。 The black start power and the choice is the key to start the program, distributed power generation technology for the development of distributed resource into the black start power of choice. In this paper, and start to DG for the restoration of power supply strategy was discussed and put forward some new rehabilitation strategy and attention to issues.
