摘要
新农村建设进程与气象服务水平密切相关。目前农村气象公共服务存在着服务体系不健全,科技难以有效地转化为生产力,气象服务不能满足新农村建设的需求等问题。构建新农村气象公共服务体系,需增加投入,建立多层次、多功能的农业气象观测网络,完善气象防灾减灾功能,提高气象服务能力。
Meteorology is closely linked with the rural construction.The public meteorological services are inefficient in the disaster prevention and mitigation.The paper,therefore,gives suggestions of improvement of the current public meteorological services by setting up multi-leveled networks of agricultural meteorological observation.
