丝素降解时间对棉织物整理性能的影响

摘要 简述了丝素蛋白整理剂的制备和对棉织物的整理工艺,重点讨论了丝素降解时间不同对所整理棉织物性能的影响.结果表明,在一定条件下,最佳丝素降解时间为120 m in,通过浸压涂覆丝素膜经交联处理可使棉织物的力学性能、折皱性及白度均明显提高. The preparation of the silk fibroin finishing agent and the finishing process for cotton fabric is summarized. The research mainly focused on the discussion of the influence of the different silk fibroin degeneration time on the properties of cotton fabrics. The results showed that, under certain conditions, when the best silk fibroin degradation for 120 min, after the cross-linking treatment through the dip-coated silk fibroin membrane pressure the mechanical properties, wrinkle nature of moisture absorption and whiteness of cotton fabrics were significantly improved.
