略论产学合作教育人才培养主导模式的构建

Establishment of the Leading Mode in Talent Training of Industry-academy Cooperation Education

本文通过对国外几种合作教育主导模式核心要素及生成发展环境的因素分析,指出了我国在学习、借鉴这些模式中存在的问题,并通过对几种主导模式共性特征的论述分析,提出了我国产学合作教育主导模式的选择与创建策略。

According to the analysis of the core factors and development circumstances of several leading modes in foreign educational cooperation,this paper points out China＇s problems in learning from these modes.And through the research of the commonality of these modes,it puts forward the choice and the strategy establishment of the leading mode for China＇s industry-academy cooperation education.
