桥面铺装铁尾矿和炉渣隔热性能试验研究

摘要 针对桥面铺装隔热性能不佳和大跨度桥梁容易出现温度突变病害问题,研究了桥面铺装下层的混凝土配合比设计,以铁尾矿和炉渣为新原料,普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝剂,钢纤维为添加剂,配制轻质高强、隔热保温的桥面铺装下层混凝土。试验数据表明,新型混凝土的性能达到JTG D60-2004《公路桥涵设计通用规范》标准,隔热保温性能是普通混凝土的1.2倍以上,可以减缓大跨度桥梁温度突变病害。 According to the problems of unsatisfied heat insulation performance of deck pavement and temperature jump diseases caused by long-span bridge,the mixing ratio of concrete in lower layer of deck pavement is researched in this paper,iron tailings and slag are taken as new materials,ordinary portland cement is taken as gelling agent,and steel fibers are taken as additives.To produce concrete in lower layer of deck pavement with light weight,high strength and heat insulation.Experimental date indicates that,the performace of new concrete is up to JTG D60-2004《General code for Design of Highway Bridges and Culverts》standard,the heat insulation performance is 1.2 times higher than the performance of common concrete,which can control temperature jump diseases caused by long-span bridge.
