Technology innovation in Anshan I&S company and its implication and effect on Chinese regional science and technology policy

鞍山钢铁公司是中国大型国有企业的典型代表,见证了国有企业的辉煌、衰落与再度崛起。以鞍山钢铁公司九五"期间技术改造为研究样本,分析了中国国有企业摆脱困境的演变路径。同时,通过对鞍钢的案例研究,论证了必须深化各方面的改革,发挥好政府在科技创新中的作用,培养出以企业为主体的技术创新机制,从而更好地促进科技成果向现实生产力的转化。

Anshan I S Company is a typical representative state-owned enterprise,it witnesses the glory,fading and rise of state-owned enterprises.In this paper,the technology revampling of AISC during Ninth Five year period is taken as research sample,the development path of getting rid of difficult position is analyzed.Simultaneously,by researching the case of AISC,it demonstrates that our government must deepen the reform,play a role in technology innovation and establish a technology innovation mechanism in order to stimulate transferring science and technology achievements into practical productivity.
