急诊泪小管断裂的吻合术

目的探讨断裂泪小管内侧断端的位置规律，提高急诊泪小管断裂吻合术的成功率。方法在手术显微镜直视下沿泪阜下缘的延长线寻找泪小管内侧断端，以直径0．8mm的实芯硅胶条作为泪小管内支撑，吻合泪小管断端。结果29例均一次吻合成功。结论掌握断裂泪小管内侧断端的位置规律，使泪小管吻合术易于开展，应用手术显微镜能提高手术成功率。

Objective In other to increase the success rate of canalicular anastomosis, searching for the medial broken end of the disruped canaliculus under microscope was discussed,Methods Searching for the medial broken end of the canaliculus along the prolongation line of the lower marginof the caruncle under operaing nicmeope togegher with putting a silicon rod as a temporary intemal stent to reesablish the patency of the larerated canaliculus. Result All 29 consecutive cases of anastomsis operation were successful after just once operaion. Conchusion Mastering the location of medial broken end and using operating microscope could increase the success rate of this operation.
