摘要
分析建筑意外伤害保险监管的现状,论述建立和完善建筑意外伤害保险监督管理机制的必要性,提出强化监督管理、运用商业保险建立行业安全保障机制的思路。
Based on analysis,the paper shows necessity of establishing a safeguard mechanism for construction accident injury insurance by application of commercial insurance together with improving supervision and management.
