硫酸二甲酯眼损伤的临床表现及治疗

Clinical appearance and treatment of eye trauma by dimethyl sulphate

对我们所遇8例硫酸二甲酯眼部中毒的临床表现及治疗进行分析讨论。眼部中毒主要为酸性烧伤、角膜损害，常同时合并呼吸道症状，重者可合并肝肾损害。治疗以硷性溶液冲洗结膜囊及局部对症为主。

Eight Patients with eves trauma by dimethyi sulfate were reported and the clinical appearance and treatment were discussed.The major toxic appearance was similar to eyes burn hy acid and corneal damage.The respiratary symptoms often occur. In serious cases liver and Kindy damage may appear. The Treatment consist of wash the conjunctiva ase and comea with alkali solution and topical cure for symptoms.
