我国环保产业发展及其优化升级分析——基于1988—2008年相关数据的分析

Analysis of Development and Upgrading of China Environmental Protection Industry——Based on Data from 1988 to 2008

环保产业作为新兴产业,对于改善我国经济发展条件,实现可持续发展,提高人民生活质量有着重要的意义。文章对我国环保产业发展及其优化升级这一现实问题进行研究,通过对该产业进行计量经济的实证分析,得出结论:环保投资与环保产值之间存在一定的带动作用,但从数值来看,二者之间的长期均衡关系对二者短期均衡关系的调整作用较弱,同时,二者还存在单向格兰杰因果检验关系。因此,环保产业的发展也与我国其他行业类似,存在投资推动型的增长模式。最后,文章在对相关理论及实证研究的基础上,对我国环保产业优化升级提出了相应对策,主要包括加强环保产业投融资体系建设,建立健全人才队伍建设,制定相关法律法规等。

As an emerging industries,environmental protection has important significance for improving the conditions for China＇s economic development and achieved sustainable development and improving people＇s quality of life.In this paper,the reality of development of China＇s environmental protection indsutry and the optimization and upgrading has conducted a study carried out by the industry.Through empirical econometric analysis,we know that： investing in environmental protection and environmental value exists the leading role,but in the long run,equilibrium between the two in short-term equilibrium relationship of the adjustment role of the weak,while there are still two-way relationship between Granger causality test.Therefore,the environmental protection industry and China＇s other industries are also similar,there is investment-driven growth model.Finally,on the relevant theory and empirical research,based on the optimization and upgrading of China＇s environmental protection industry put forward the countermeasures.
