主动脉瓣脱垂与关闭不全的外科治疗(附56例报告)

用主动脉成形术治疗主动脉瓣脱垂与关闭不全患者５６例，无手术死亡者。术后平均随访２５．６个月，心功能Ⅰ级５０例，Ⅱ级６例；７例仍有舒张期杂音者术后３年无变化。认为其手术的关键是主动脉瓣成形效果。
