闭塞性脑血管病的TCD与MRA对照研究

Comparison of Transcranial Doppler Ultrasound and MR Angiography in Patients with Occlusive Cerebrovascular Disease

对５２例闭塞性脑血管病患者进行穿颅多普勒（ＴＣＤ）及磁共振血管造影（ＭＲＡ）检查。结果ＭＲＡ显示２２例大血管闭塞，３０例正常；ＴＣＤ显示４５例异常，７例正常。认为ＭＲＡ诊断大血管闭塞有较肯定的价值。而ＴＣＤ不但对大血管闭塞有诊断价值。

patients with occlusive cerebrovascular disease were examed by TCD and MRA MRA demonstrated that 22 patients were with large vessels occlusion,the other 30 patients’vessels were normal TCD showed that45 patients were with abnormal vessels and only 7 patients’ vessels were normal These results suggested that MRA can identify occlusive ressel,TCD not only can find occlusive vessels but also can reflect vessels′ function and cerebral perfusion state
