经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张成形术48例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 48 Patients with Rheumatic Cardiology Undergoing Percutaneous Ballon Mitral Valvuloplasty

报告４８例经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张成形术（ＰＢＭＶ），均获成功。术中采用食管左房压迹定位法进行房间隔穿刺定位，全部成功，并缩短了球囊导管进入左房的时间（３．１±２．５分钟）。
