马克思主义学说是关于人的解放、自由和全面发展的学说,人的全面发展是贯穿马克思主义理论的一根红线。人的实践性本质决定了人总是在自觉地追求着自由和全面的发展,人本身的发展既是衡量社会进步的尺度,也是推动社会前进的内在动力。人的全面发展是社会主义的一项基本原则,在历时态上社会主义是人的全面发展的新阶段的开始,在共时态上社会主义不是狭隘的个人全面发展,在本质上社会主义是解放和发展生产力与解放和发展人的统一。现阶段实现人的全面发展必须贯彻科学发展观,把人的全面发展作为中国特色社会主义的最高价值取向,实现社会的全面发展与人的全面发展的有机统一,并在构建和谐社会的进程中促进人的全面发展。

Marxism is the theory about people＇s liberation,freedom and full developmen.The man＇s full development is a red line through the Marxist theory.The man＇s practical nature decides always people to pursue a free and comprehensive development.The man＇s full development not only is the yardstick to measure the social progress,but also the internal driving force to promote social progress.The man＇s full development is a basic principle of socialism,becourse on diachrony socialist is the new phase of the man＇s full development,on synchronic socialism is the general individuals full development and in essence socialism is the unity of the liberation and development of the productive forces and human.On the stage,achieving the man＇s full development must implement the scientific development concept,regarding the man＇s full development as the highest values of chinese characteristic socialism,achieving the organic unity of the full development of society and people and promoting the man＇s full development in the process of building a harmonious society.
