As a vital fore in promoting the development of higher education,the working of ideological and political instructors is an organizational guarantee to strengthen and improve university students＇ ideological and political education.Taking several cases of recruiting the political group staff in universities as examples,the paper explores and analyses the weakness in this recruitment mechanism in universities,and proposes some suggestions on its improvement.
