摘要
高校思想政治工作队伍是推动高等教育事业发展的一支重要力量,是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的组织保证。文章对高校思政人员选聘机制存在的薄弱环节及其产生原因进行了分析和探讨,并提出了改进的建议。
As a vital fore in promoting the development of higher education,the working of ideological and political instructors is an organizational guarantee to strengthen and improve university students' ideological and political education.Taking several cases of recruiting the political group staff in universities as examples,the paper explores and analyses the weakness in this recruitment mechanism in universities,and proposes some suggestions on its improvement.
