摘要
在隐性课程实施过程中处于主导地位的教师对学生的言谈举止、个性、人格、价值观等都有着潜移默化的影响。教师美好的形象、教师良好的素质、正确的教师定位能强化隐性课程的积极功能。文章从教师角度出发,从教师形象、教师素质以及教师角色定位三方面论述如何更好地构建隐性课程,充分发挥隐性课程的积极作用。
A teacher,the leading role of teaching process,has potential influence on the behavior,personality,morality and values of his student.The attractive image,the high quality and the proper role orientation tend to enhance the implementation of teaching function.This research paper aims at creating a teacher's hidden curriculum based on his image,quality and role orientation,by which he can fulfill himself in hidden curriculum.
