摘要
以还原铁粉为原料,在不同温度下进行热处理,然后在500 MPa下压制获得铁粉基软磁环状样品,分析了样品的静态磁性能和交变磁场下的磁性能和损耗。结果表明:还原铁粉在700℃下保温30 min,软磁样品的静态磁性能明显提高,初始磁导率和最大磁导率均增加1倍以上,粉末的显微硬度从61下降到51,粉末压缩性能得到改善,样品的密度提高了0.3 g/cm3;在此温度下对粉末热处理,还能降低软磁样品的矫顽力,提高样品的振幅磁导率,减小磁滞损耗,从而改善交变磁场下材料的软磁性能。
Effect of heat-treatment of reduced iron powders on its magnetic properties was studied.The powders were treated at different temperatures and then compacted to ring samples at 500 MPa.Magnetic properties and magnetic loss of the material were analyzed.The results show that when the reduced iron powders annealed at 700 ℃ for 30 min,static magnetic properties of the soft magnetic samples were improved,and the initial permeability and maximum permeability increase by one time.Since Vickers-hardness of the annealed powder decreases from 61 to 51,the density of the samples increases by 0.3 g /cm3 as the improvement of its compactibility.The magnetic coercivity and hysteresis loss decrease,and the permeability increases for the samples prepared using the iron powders annealed at 700 ℃ for 30 min,and thus soft magnetic performance of the material is improved under alternating magnetic field.
