摘要
采用微核实验技术对补益复方药的诱变和抑制诱变作用进行了研究。结果表明：补益复方药在较低剂量时，尚未有诱发正常人淋巴细胞微核升高的作用，不致引起体细胞遗传性损伤。随着剂量增加到一定程度时，就开始产生诱变效应。补益复方药配方不同，产生诱变效应的起点也不相同。同时还发现。
The antimutagenic effect of restorative mixtures was studied by micronucleus test.There were no differences between the test groups and positive group.The result showed that restorative mixtures can restrain the micronucleus formation of human lymphocyte induced by mitomycin C.It is suggested that these medicines may have antimutagenic action.
