后路经椎旁肌间隙椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折 被引量:28

摘要 目的探讨应用后路经椎旁肌间隙椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法胸腰椎骨折60例随机采用椎旁肌间隙入路手术30例,传统骶棘肌剥离入路手术30例。比较两种术式的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、后凸(Cobb角)矫正率、椎体塌陷矫正率、JOA评分等。结果两组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),拆除内固定后椎旁肌间隙入路JOA评分高。结论椎旁肌间隙入路行胸腰椎骨折手术具有操作简便、安全,术中创伤小、出血少,术后恢复快等优点。
