摘要
当归芍药软胶囊具有抗炎及镇痛作用，对抗巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀，减少醋酸或催产素引起的小鼠扭体次数。此外，尚能显著抑制离体大鼠子宫平滑肌自主性节律性收缩活性。小鼠灌胃的急性毒性表明ＬＤ５０大于７６．８ｇ／ｋｇ，主要中毒的一般症状为自发性活动减少。
Dangguishaoyao Soft Capsules possessed the antiinflammatory and analgesic actions. It could antagonize the ear swelling of mice induced by croton oil and decrease the torsion times of mice induced by acetic acid or oxytocin. Besides, it could strongly inhibit the autonomic and rhythmic contraction activity of uterine smooth muscle free from rat body. The acute toxicity after mouse stomach was perfused by it indicated that its LD 50 was higher than 76.8g/kg. The general symptom of main toxicity was that the autonomic activity decreases.
