摘要
我国胃食管连接部（GEJ）癌的发病率较高，其早期诊断困难且预后较差。因解剖结构特殊，目前对GEJ癌的分期、分类以及治疗方法尚存在分歧。本文就GEJ癌临床特点以及多排CT（MDCT）技术对其术前分期和治疗方法选择的价值作一综述。
The incidence rate of gastroesophageal junction （GEJ） carcinoma is relatively high in China, its early diagnosis is quite difficult and has a poor prognosis. Because of its special anatomic structure, there are still debates on its tumor staging, categorization and treatment modality. The aim of this article is to discuss clinical features of GEJ carcinoma and value of multi-detector CT （MDCT） in its preoperative staging and treatment modality.
