摘要
在高校教师聘任制度施行的社会背景下,关于高校教师职业压力问题的研究为数不少。这些研究在研究方法上多采用问卷法和理论分析法,在研究内容上涉及高校教师的职业压力现状、压力源、产生压力的原因等,并获得了一些不尽相同的结论。在综述已有研究的基础上,对研究结论进行比较和讨论。社会期望和成就动机因素与心理压力相关,高校教师的职业压力大致来源于业务、人际关系、考核评价机制、经济状况等方面。造成高校教师职业压力的原因包含社会原因、学校管理原因、个人原因等。
In the background of putting the college engagement system in force,there are lots of researches about the problems of college teachers′ professional stress.Most of these researches use questionnaire survey and theoretical analysis method,the contents of which relate to college teachers′ professional stress status quo,stress source,reasons,etc.,and get some different conclusions.On the basis of summarizing previous researches,some compares and discussions on the conclusions are made.It is found that social expectation and achievement motivation have positive correlation with mental stress.College teachers′ professional stress roots in operation,interpersonal relationship,evaluation mechanism,economic situation,etc.The causes of college teachers′ professional stress include the factors of society,college management and person.
